General Description:

We do pretty much the whole spectrum of electrical work. This includes custom homes, tract homes, light commercial, remodels, repairs, underground, landscape lighting and low voltage work.

Custom Homes:

This is our #1 area by far. We do work for individuals who are building their own home. We have a lot of contractors who build 3 to 10 high end homes a year – either as specs or for their own individual clients. We do high end tract homes. These are tract homes only in the sense that they are built in a community of 10 – 50 houses in one area. It’s hard to call a 5000 to 7000 sq. ft. house a “tract home”.

Tract Homes:

We have several builders we work for that are in the business of building medium size tract homes. These tracts are in the upper end of price rather than the “entry level” smaller homes.

Commercial:

We work on light commercial projects like TI’s or office buildings. Any small to medium commercial job we can handle.

Remodels, repairs, additions, underground, landscape lighting, etc.

All of these are self explanatory.
